Detroit Windsor Tunnel NEXPRESS Update As of Monday, May 11, US Customs & Border Protection has opened its second NEXUS lane at the Detroit Windsor tunnel. Both US inspection lanes 9 and 10 will be open for NEXUS customers during the weekday morning rush periods.
